There was a scent of old books and used classroom equipment that wavered in the air. The noise of students loudly bustling around the building, the pushing and shoving to make their way through crowds of their fellow classmates could be heard from the ground floor. She was on the third floor of the middle school building.
She stood at an open window, her small hands clutching the base edge of the metal frame. Her fingers were cold from the metal, with little bits of dirt dirtying her fingertips. But all of it went unnoticed as her gaze set upon the forest area outside the building. The moderate wind entering the hallway from the window blew her dark brown locks behind her, her bangs blowing to either side. Her uniform would also be rustling in the wind, the neatness of the ironed clothing ruined by such movements.
The girl wasn't in middle school yet. She was still one of the youngest in her class, her birthday not yet passed for the year, and yet she stood there with blank expression, ignoring the stares and whispers of the older students around her. The asian child could see the forest clearly from her position. Her chin was about half a foot from the window frame's bottom edge. She wasn't too tall, which was a subject of discussion to the middle school students. None of them bothered to ask why she was there, or what she was doing, and continued to whisper as they walked off.
'Mira' was the name of the child, a name she was fond of, and a name that had officially been given to her by her ex-carer and kidnapper. Seriously, she herself didn't know what she was doing here, having wandered to the middle school building from the cafeteria after her meal that morning like a lost sheep.
Mira let go of the window, wiping her now dirty hands roughly on her uniform until the dust had come off, she looked at her surroundings with her dark brown eyes. Most of the students had moved off to where ever they would be needed, yet a few groups were in the hallway, talking to their friends and classmates. The sunlight from outside shone in. There was no need for the lights above her to be turned on as it was only midday. Among the people around her, she knew no one. She was alone in a place she didn't know, and didn't like it one bit.
It was the same as it was that day. When she'd been left in the cold, white snow, alone and pretty much helpless next to the limp bodies of her parents lying in the blood stained snow near her. With nothing else to do, and not wanting to bother anyone, she sat against the blue painted wall under the window, in the shadow. The girl would hug her legs tightly to her chest with her forehead on her knees, face hidden with her hair limply falling around her since the wind was no longer there to hold it up. She sat alone, curled up like an unhappy child. She was alone again.

"Miss Haruhi!!"
The loud voice of a man yelling at some corridors. And foot-steps that sounds like running to some who would care to listen. The person was running away from the loud boisterous teacher who was suppose to lecture her again. Yes the student that was running was a girl. She ran off very fast. Her brown hair was swayed back behind from the speed of her running. Then the girl tripped by accident wrinkling her skirt at the process.
''oww... that hurts...''
She looked around seeing no sign of the teacher. She sighed in relief that she was yet again safe from those teachers. When she got up from the ground she noticed the path way leading to the middle school department. She paused for a while and showed a little somewhat smirkish smile. She started to run off again and went to the middle school department. Again her hair begun to sway while she was running. The wind felt great while she was running. And the sun was shinning bright. Everything there was like when she first entered a few months ago. Well nothing much with change anyway.
She reached the building and entered running pass older students. They got used to her running around their department and would usually wave at her every time she passes by. She started to slow down and walk. She never seemed to look tired at all after all that running she did. She looked out the window. The breeze felt much better when your standing still. It was much more refreshing.
She started to walk off again. Saying hi and waving to other middle schoolers who happen to pass by the opposite direction from where she's headed. But then her happy walk was cut short seeing a young girl maybe about her age or younger was sitting there curled up. She had no idea who she was. She came close to her. Wondering what could be wrong.
"Hey.. whats the matter are you okay?''

+----What a day, such a wonderful day in the opposite. It is so boring yet,the wind was kind of strong right now that it blew her hair and was letting her hair messing around her face but,she does not bother fixing it.Elyon was now thinking about something, she was not supposed to be here but,she was kind of really bored right now and needed help on cheering her up and plus, she is even almost in the Middle School hallway but,in a few moments, she is already in the Middle School hallway, alright.Looking around, the students were even older than her and those students were laughing and talking to each other which made a lot of noise but,it does not seem to matter right now.
"I think I am so bored."
She told to herself with a soft whisper and stretched her arms so straightly that she was about to hit a student but,Elyon missed. Now,putting her hands back on her sides, she was looking at her outfit while, she was walking.Elyon wore her uniform, she was wearing a shirt with long black sleeves with a white undershirt and a short, red plaid skirt and long black boots which is kind of tall and almost reached her knees.Looking back up to see the students, she saw Mira, the girl she met in the library and plus, another girl who went near to Mira and talked to her.
Mira seems to be lonely right at this time of day.Smiling and shrugging, she went towards the unfamiliar girl and Mira and as she was finally close enough, she knelt down and asked the girl with a worried face.Overemotional Elyon, indeed but, this time, she has to know the problem of Mira right now, maybe Mira is not just bored or anything.Once again, she asked the girl with a worried look on her face.
"What is wrong with her?"

"Hey.. whats the matter are you okay?''
Mira looked up to see a girl, roughly her own age staring down at her. The feeling of loneliness subsided inside of her, calming her down a little, and taking away some of the sadness. She would probably never be rid of those feelings, after all, what abandoned child could truly say they would never feel alone?
She nodded blankly, her usual expression with a neutral frown and emotionless looking eyes. She looked down at the wooden floors, suddenly realising that she just wanted company. Mira looked back up at the girl before standing up slowly and grabbing the girl's hand with her own. She spoke softly, yet her voice sounded slightly forced.
"..Stay with you?"
Her eyes showed slight desparation. Yes, she really just wanted someone to be with, just to get her mind off everything. In her haste, she hadn't seen Elyon there, kneeling next to her when the first girl had spoken.
"What is wrong with her?"
She turned to Elyon, her eyes showing curiousity. When did she get there? She looked down at the floor again, not really wanting to answer. She herself couldn't describe the feeling of being 'alone'. It was hard enough to understand the everyday words everyone spoke. She couldn't really describe anything yet, since she was focused more on current issues, rather than the language difficulty.

It did not occur even once to the young teacher to visit the middle school building, to check on the students or to simply loiter around, gazing at the architecture and structure of the building. Yet while he was staying inside his room, the sudden thought popped to his mind. He welcomed it, and now he found himself looking at a notice curiously. A special event to be held at the tenth of December - but the date had already passed, yet there was no sign of this scheduled event. He searched the paper, almost taking the whole thing from the bulletin board when he saw the year. Stating, two-oh-oh-six. Simply meaning that the notice was a year late. Without further time wasted, the young teacher pulled the thumbtacks out and placed them in a box where other tacks were kept. He would take the paper, fold it four times neatly, before placing it on a staff member's desk.
The young teacher had been "promoted," as how it would be observed. Yet for the teacher himself, who posses a very long name indeed, it was still the same days in the academy as it was. His dreams of teaching had failed... Or possibly postponed. He could barely remember his first Corporealist class, where only three students attended, and his head was quite aching at the time. His name? Gerome. Anderson. No, that's not all. Christopher. Kenneth. Tamer. String the words together and you get 'Gerome Anderson Christopher Kenneth Tamer,' a long name indeed. Wearing a navy blue collar shirt with thin, vertical, black stripes and black pants, he strided through the hall casually, once giving a nod of acknowledgement to a greeting middle-school girl. For a moment she paused, as if shocked, then ran out of Chris' sight.
As he turned a corner, he spotted three girls. Not middle-schoolers. Chris turned to the possiblities why the girls were present, having a) Simply lost, b) Playing hide-and-seek, or c) Visiting. Two of them he recognized, one fo them the shy girl. Mirror - wait, that wasn't her name. But close to it. Chris remembered this detail as he was one of those who welcomed her to the academy. Exactly right, during that enrollment of hers. Chris walked towards them steadily, hands in his pockets. Vaguely he heard the words of the golden-brown haired girl, one he once saw in North Woods with the late Cassentie Oracle. Vaguely, because he wasn't paying much attention anyway.
Chris crouched down to have an eye level with the girl whose name was close to the word Mirror, and undeniably Chinese. She was petite, having a small frame. It almost seemed like Chris was still taller than the younger female. He, who stood at a height of five feet and eleven inches, while her, who he estimated to be barely standing five feet. The girl held the hand of yet another female student, reminding Chris of a childhood friend who unforunately, died at the age of eleven. It was a great loss to him, for she was the sweetest girl he's known to this day.
Even though he was still unsure of her name, Chris began to speak softly, careful not to alarm anyone by harsh tones and words. His gaze shifted from the three females' figures before doing so. He placed two fingers on the arched point of his face, softly gripping the area, thinking. He stood up and would give out a sigh of surrender, having nothing to say to the petite female student. Chris took a step backward, facing the hallway where he once passed, and began to walk. He could be called again and he would stay as a companion for the Mirror girl and her aquaintances, or he would simply leave. It was up to the petite girl to decide, although with her shy demeanor, Chris was doubting.

"..Stay with you?''
She heard that soft like tone from the girl. It feels like the girl was like her little sister or something. Hearing that simple phrase from her made something tingle inside. And she noticed that the girl was slowly grabbing her hand(?). She gave the girl a big smile. And she held the girl's hand back. The girl looked so sweet yet sad that her sweet face was covered in sadness for some reason. She wants to help her all of a sudden.
Not that long she noticed another girl came close. She was stumbling to much more unfamiliar people today. It seemed nice. The other girl asked if this girl she was holding was okay. She looked at the young girl and looked back to the one who just came along.
"Well I think she'll be fine.. Maybe she just needs company.."
Suzumiya let of a big smile after. She wondered how did the young girl wonder off here in the middle school department. Well she wont be surprised if she got lost thats for sure. Suzumiya wanted to ask alot of question out of her wide range curiosity. And her big mouth doesn't help contain them either. That always get her into all kinds of trouble. But for some reason it didn't function like it would.
Then again she noticed someone come by. This time a much older person than them. 'A teacher?!' A loud thought that rang in Suzumiya's mind.

As the other girl held her hand, an adult came and looked as if he was about to say something. But he didn't. She stared at him a little curiously, watching as he stood, sighed and started to walk off down the hall.
She turned her gaze up to the girl whose hand she held in her small one, tightening her grip very slightly, before returning her sight to the man. Her eyes would hold a small sparkle of curiousity as she would stare just a little bit longer at his back before, well, calling out. Something she rarely did. Heck, she didn't talk all that much either, so this was really something. Hesitantly, she spoke.
"Mister, What were you going to say?"
No, it wasn't a shout at all. It was only said loud enough for the two girls, herself, and the teacher to hear. And even then, the teacher would probably barely hear her. You'd expect her to think he was a teacher, seeing as it was a school and all, but really, she was wondering why there was a man walking around. Common sense just didn't seem to be something she had just yet.

+----Hearing about that Mira will just be fine, she smiled and sighed in relief. After all, that unfamiliar girl seems nice and gentle, maybe Elyon should help cheering Mira up since,Elyon has nothing to do at this time of day either. For some reason, she was actually bored and suddenly wounded up in this Middle School Department and it is where older students stay.Perhaps, the older students also have cool Alices too but,by the way,Elyon actually wore her sleeveless blouse,a skirt and the color is kind of light gray and she wore comfortable boots, the outfit is perfect for her but,she can't boast it to anybody since,it is not the right thing to do,is it?
Seeing another figure appearing to Elyon and the two girls, she just stared and only to find out that it was the teacher,Sir Gackt.Cassentie, her friend actually has a crush on him, back in the North Woods,Elyon can't believe that Cassentie was brave enough to confess to Sir Gackt that she has a big crush on him.Even if it is just a teacher,Elyon will never confess, ever. The young teacher seems to be cute but,it does not mean that Elyon has a crush on him.The young teacher was about to say something but,he did not spill it out yet. What would it be,anyway? He will be angry that we,the three girls wounded up in this area?
The hallway of the Middle School Department seems to be getting a little noisier than before.Well, she just does not mind it,she could see students rushing for their lockers and she could smell food, maybe they also had their own canteen.Elyon could also see a lot of trashes on the floor but,she can't pick some trashes and throw them in the trash can since, she needs to know what will that young teacher will say.For some reason though,Elyon seems to be sweating but,she did not even notice it right now.----+
