- At most three staff members only may check a sheet. If you're the fourth one, I would suggest you not to check it anymore, not even if the owner of the profile sends you a PM for it. This is so that a sheet won't be flooded by too many comments and other whatnot. As for the students, if you really think your character profile has been modified and good to go, send a PM only to the staff member/s who checked your sheet. However if all of them don't reply within three days, feel free to consult other staff.
- Staff members, it doesn't really matter which account you use to check sheets.
- To those applying for characters, if only less than three moderators checked your sheet, then you may call other staff's attention. However, it would be best if you remain patient and wait for the staff to notice your sheet by themselves.
- Staff members, it doesn't really matter which account you use to check sheets.
- Non-staff members may not check sheets. Let the moderators handle it, please. If you think there really is a need for you to comment on somebody else's sheet, PM the author. Even so, I don't suggest you doing that, as I believe that the staff members are more than capable of checking a profile.
- If you were able to finish a storyline/thread, do call my attention. This is so that I may move it to the archives for many to enjoy. You may simply leave it be, but I'd most probably be able to move it later.
- Threads that haven't been touched/replied to in six weeks will already be considered closed. I will move these threads to the archives as soon as possible, but if I fail to do so no one is still allowed to reply to them. Replying to these threads afterwards will already be considered necroing, which is obviously an offense to the forum rules.
- Games in the OOC in the rule are not included in this rule.
[x] Notes
- Staff applications are currently CLOSED. Other staff members, please be aware of this as well because I really don't want you inviting people to be staff, at least while the AA Revolution is on-going (Althea and I have agreed to this), although this decision may last for a longer time period. So to those who are planning to apply as a staff member, I'm really sorry.
