Endrin felt bad that he had made Autumn cry. He was trying to make her smile and that was why he had decided to show her. All he had wanted to do was show her what it was like to fly like a bird. He didn't know it was going to end up this bad. He just thought he would get out of breath like normal. Not that he would collapse. He looked up in to her eyes and he fought back tears of guilt. He really elt bad for scareing her.
"I.... just wanted to show you..... I wanted to... you didn't pressure me. Son't blame yourself."
His voice was still a little weak from the incident but he was regaining his strength slowly. He wasn't sure if he could stand yet and as bad as it was he liked the position he was in. He didn't know why except that he may be starting to have a crush on Autumn and he had mixed feelings about that. He was worried that she didn't share the same feelings for him.
"I think I need to stay down a little while longer. I know it is a bit late to say it but better safe then sorry right?"
He clenched his face as if in pain though it was from again relizing he should have been more careful. He just felt really bad for scaring Autumn like that.

“Then lie down as long as you need. I’ve nowhere to go and I’d much rather see you off in a better condition than your present.” Autumn replied quietly, wincing the slightest bit as she took notice of Endrin’s clenching. He must’ve still been in pain.
“Would you like to talk?” Autumn offered hesitantly, recalling that the last question she asked gave quite the opposite of a desired reply. But the silence was hurting her ears and widening the gap she felt forming between her and Endrin. Besides, she didn’t want him slipping out of consciousness again. If his mouth and mind were active, then most likely he’d recover with more ease. “I’m not too good on topics…but…I’m sure there is some kind of common interest between us.”

Endrin thought a moment still looking up in to Autumns eyes. She had a cute face ENdrin endrin felt a surge of warmth run through him. He defenatly had developed a crush on her and he had no clue how to feel about that. He didn't know what he wanted to talk about but he did want ot hear her voice. So he would choose a topic that would let him listen to her.
"Well if you don't mind talking.... I would like to hear about you.... I want to hear your voice... If that doesn't sound stupid and cheesy."
Endrin started to blush a little bit whe he told her this. He was afraid she was going to laugh at him. But, he didn't know what else to say.

Autumn’s eyes widened at Endrin’s words and for a second she swore her breath forgot which direction it was going, in or out, because her lungs burned irately in demand for air. She took in a deep breath of compensation and sighed, trying to find a place to start.
“No, it doesn’t, though I’m sorry to say my life isn’t all that exciting. Since Kindergarten I’ve been home-schooled and monitored by hawk’s eyes. My parents, though no grudge I hold for them, suffocated me with their love and in a way stunted my growth as a socialite I suppose you could say.” She took a pause to gauge Endrin’s interest. She didn’t want to bore the boy, but really, there wasn’t much she could tell him. Everything in her life either happened to others or happened internally and even she feared confirming what lay dormant inside her.
“Just last year my parents decided it be best for me to finally live like a normal child…as normal as we can be anyway. The best environment was of course Alice Academy, which is why I’m here now. I have no siblings…or friends really that tie me back to home. Only my parents. I think I like it here though, at Alice Academy I mean. I’m seeing everything and feeling everything for the first time. It’s like living a new life that’s not my own.” She managed a sincere smile and eye contact with Endrin before gazing into the sky. “I’m sorry if that’s not what you’re looking for, but really, like I said, there’s not much to say.”

Endrin listened intently on her words taking it all in with the sound of her voice. He wasn't looking for excitment but to know what she was like. He wanted to know more about her and understand her. He was like that with a lot of things always wanting to know. But, it was a burning desire with her. He had never wanted to know this much though he never pretended to want to know. It's just that this time it was important.
"No you are not boring me... please go on. I honestly am finding this interesting."
This wasn't a lie. Her life was way diffrent then his had been and he smiled back at her. He was surprised that he was not uncomfortable with his head on her lap but he liked being this close to her for some reason. It was all very warm and nice.

Autumn smiled, encouraged by Endrin’s words to continue, though with no clue what. She was about to before finally registering the fact that Endrin still was lying, head resting upon her lap. Before, in the urgency of the situation, she hadn’t really worried about morals or placements of heads for that matter. Now, like everything else it seemed this night, it set her mind for a spin, though she didn’t betray any discomforts or doubts from the exterior. Endrin didn’t seem to mind, he hadn’t gotten up. If it didn’t make him uncomfortable, then Autumn didn’t mind either.
“Hmm…well, Alice Academy is sort of a chance to make the friends I’ve been missing for so long…and the siblings. Being an only child is a lonely life, but now I have Yuuko. And hopefully Endrin, I have your friendship.” Her gaze fell from the sky back to his eyes.
A few seconds ticked by before she began to speak again, gaze softening. ‘That’s my life’s story in a nutshell and my ambitions here at Alice. I just want to accommodate for what I’ve been denied. And perhaps in doing so, help others reach their goals.
A pensive look took her features and a distant glint in her eyes. “When I grow up I hope to make the best of my Alice. I want to help people, inspire them and birth acceptance for Alices in tomorrow’s society. I believe I was given this power for a reason, and I intend to fulfill it. What will you do Endrin? In the future…?”

Endrin listend as Autumn continued to speak more and more and he began to think what he should do with his Alice. It hurt him and he didn't want to use it as it had just almost killed him. But he didn't have to use his Alice to do somthing with his life. He still liked to fly which was why he loved the swings so much. He had always wanted to be a bird. So maybe a piolet? He wasn't sure and started to feel a little guilty for not having a slight clue.
"Honestly I don't know what I want to do.... right now I am kind of riding on the winds of fate so to speak."
