-- With closed eyes and a slight smile, I lay under a large oak tree in the academy grounds. I was wearing, my odd shoes today, one blue and one black converse all stars, a plain white long-sleeve shirt and a pair of black jeans. A Navy blue baseball cap covered my head and the bill shaded my eyes from the slight sun. A silver chain hung around my left hip as I absent mindedly kicked my left leg out.
-- "Strange place..."
-- I said almost unconsciously, I had a pleasnat smile as my eyes opened and I looked around at the few people mingling about. I closed my eyes again as I heard a soft crunching noise behind me, as if someone was coming closer from behind the bole of the tree. I moved my left hand from out underneath my head and placed it beside my body allowing mysef to be easily moved. I opened m eyes again and tilted my head back only to be greeted by a bright flash of daylight. I shifted into a sitting position, the bill of the cap covering my eyes still. My hands were once again ehind my head as I lay it on the tree trunk behind me. The rough bark digging into my hands but not cutting them. It felt as if I were home again, under a eucalypt, the sun beating down on me, I was at peace.

It was a nice day... Tiel had to admit, looking up at the sunny sky. Although, Tiel did not necisarily find his surounding to be as nice, in the sense that he was not familiar with it as he was the sun. It seemed... different. Different of course being the only word to describe his thoughts. He had only been moved in for a couple days now... His future ahead of him, his past behind him, and his powers to guide him. Sounded simple, but nothing was ever that simple. Tiel stepped on a twig as he appraoched some person he did not quite know. intrigued, he went up to this person and walked to his front right side. Tiel had no desire of blocking out the sun for this other. Tiel looked from the sun to his suroundings... He could get use to this place, it was only a matter of time. Tiel, without turning to the person who sat underneath the oak tree, said, "What's your name?" Tiel was not much of the social type due to the fact he had been away from people for the past six months... There was technicaly no better way to go about practicing his tongue by starting some sort of conversation, though it may be blunt at first.

It was a nice day outside, the sun was out, hiding behind the white puffy clouds, the rays shining into the blue hues. Hyunie was wandering around the area, walking in a swift quiet manner, her hair blowing softly with the wind as she did so. Her hair was let down as it fell gently on her shoulders, strands of hair falling lightly on her face or brushing against her cheek. Wearing dark blue jeans, she had a grey hoodie pulled over it and she looked on the ground, noticing her shadow. Her shadow. A mental sigh went around in her mind as she let her arms rest at her sides, and thus she noticed two boys near a tree. The young asian girl merely shrugged them off, as she continued to enjoy this sunny day, not really feeling social; then again, she never really did.
Taking light steps, Hyunie was wondering if she should practice her Alice right now, then decided against it. When she's alone, she'll practice, but when there are people around, she'll just wait. Besides, she didn't want to 'freak' any more people out just because she has a 'dark' Alice. Last time when she did this in public, which was when she was a bit younger, things went horribly wrong, and she didn't want to encounter the same thing twice. Forcing herself to not think of the past, she continued to walk, zoning in and out.

Tiel tuned his attention away from the boy he was talking to as Hyunie, of whom he was not realy familiar with, caught his eye. He nodded in respect to the boy, who had failed to mention his name, begining to walk up to Hyunie. It was not like him, but there was something about her alice that honostly captured Tiel. It was not at all like him, but curoisty had seemed to have seized grip on the boys mind and he walked up behind Hyunie. Of course, the first thing Tiel wanted to really say was: "what's your alice, may I see it?" Both rude and niaive. Instead Tiel slowly paced behind her. "You're name's Hyunie... right?" Tiel asked politely, already knowing what the answer was. Off one boat and on to the next it seemed for Tiel...

Hyunie looked over at Tiel, and slightly tilted her head. She nodded her head, signifying that she was Hyunie, but what did this boy want? She was not one to really mess with, not at all. Hyunie stood completely still, not moving a single muscle. The wind brushed past them, causing her hair flow to the south, but she had a feeling that Tiel just wanted to see her Alice. Of course, she would just refuse. She usually never used her Alice in public, and only used it if she had to.
Now if they were to have a fight using there Alice's, that would be a different story. But at such a young age at herself, Hyunie was not one to get into such fights already. Her breathing was light and calm, as she didn't really bother to look at Tiel for much long, but simple broke the eye contact by looking at the trees or something.
