A small, empty, and desolate town. What was Felix doing here? Well, he came to pay his respects to the rotting corpse, and by now, skeleton, of his older brother Kato, which he'd buried not too long ago. It was raining hard, and Felix's face and clothes were drenched. His skin wasn't at all wet, as his clothes were thick, and protective. Felix walked up to a wall, which had a small umbrella next to it, covering the rain from reacing that small spot, and Felix thrust his hand forward, causing the air to combust, and making the wall and umbrella explode. He than walked over the rubble, and toward the gravestones made of glass that he'd made for his brother, one for his name, and the other, which was set underneath the other one, to tell about him.
He bowed, and then left the area, wandering the streets, now. A tear rolled down his cheek, but it was one droplet among millions, at least it looked like it. Felix only cried in the rain, because no one could tell he was crying.

Really, he had no reason to come to such places as this one. Unlucky for him too, wearing only a pair of navy jeans and a white polo shirt. Though it was a short notice, it was just so sunny before, when he was in Central Town, cooling himself down in a heavily air conditioned cafe, drinking a glass of iced caffine. Or so, he calls it, but others call it as "Iced Cappuchino". Thinking that he would only be bored out in central town as the people of Alice Academy had gone back to their usual crazy state, he wandered off here. Not like he hasn't been here anyway.
It's been, what? Almost a year since he's been here, of course he would have known this place. It was a sacred place. Not really, but it's respectful to the dead if you say so. Kuro ran around to find nothing much other than trees, which, isn't much of a help, although they use it.. In dramas and stuff, they use trees to shelter themselfs.
My, just wait until a thunder storm comes, and one of the lightning hits the tree. Then they'll be done with. So, leaving with no choice but to keep running until he finds something he could shelter underneath. He was tired, really, his legs were really heavy since the jeans absorbed most of the percipitated H2O.
His shoulder made in contact with another's, though he was running, and no doubt shivering since, it's almost like when you get out of the shower, in the middle of winter, and your towel wasn't there. Somewhat like that, only this time you have drenched clothes stuck on your skin. He turned around sharply and let out a few words:
"Watch it."

The person that had shoved into Felix had told HIM to watch where he was going? Felix chuckled, and swiped a couple of stones off of the floor, since his fire wouldn't be manipulatable in the rain, and tossed them all at the man's nose while he was still turned, and he than let his arm fall to his side. "Shut up." [Can't think, extremely small=BAD! ]

He didn't dodge. Moreover he didn't try to dodge. It was only pebles, he's handled worse, like what gave him that scar on right eye. Again, that was a long story, but the main outline was a hardcovered book's corner scratched his eye. Well, it sounded pretty much like a cat had done it, really, if you were the one who had your eye underneath that evil thing, you'd be freaked out too.
Kept his cool though. Even now, the impact from the stones were only a little bit of a graze on his rather feminine face. The stones fell right back to the ground, where they started on and where they'll only end up being. Unless someone chucks them up the roof of a building or something. He walked towards the other boy, extending his preffered hand: the right and reached for the other boy's collar.
There he goes again, going all mad about something so little. Well, not really, if someone was to throw wet stones off the ground to your face, you wouldn't be too happy now. Especially not to this pissy boy anyway. His hair was as good as how it is after he had taken a few laps around the fifty metre swimming pool. Covering most of his face, reaching just up to his eyes. He wasn't particularly what they call 'emo' anyway. His haircut shows it.
"Why don't you?"
He said with a rather cold, but soft tone. It was deep, not really, as he had only just broke his voice a week or so ago. After all, he's only twelfe, he wouldn't have quite a high pitched voice nor a low old man's voice. It was just, like a boy's.

Felix smirked, and pushed the guy's arm away with his left hand, and walked away slowly. He just felt like throwing something at someone, and the pissy-boy seemed like a good person to do it to. You can't create a spark with wet gloves, but you can with dry hands.. After that thought, Felix got a sudden idea, though he may get in trouble for it by the academy if this guy were to actually get hurt by it, but oh well, he felt like hurting someone badly. He gripped his right glove, pulling it off, and than quickly spinning around, waving his arm as he did, and then concealed his hand again. He was quick enough to where his hands weren't touched by the rain whatsoever, and to him, that was a good thing.
He wasn't aiming at the guy, so what he did most likely shouldn't have hurt him, but he created a large wall of flame, which lasted about sixty seconds. While it was there, the guy most likely couldn't have done anything to Felix, but he reached through the fire, and lifted the guy up by his collar. Well, at least he was attempting to. The rain was slowing down, which was a good thing. Once it got sunny again, Felix could use his fire some more, and, without having to take his gloves off, and putting them back on. With his left hand, he pushed his hair out of his eyes, seeing as he had the guy's collar with his right. He smirked, and glared.
"I meant what I said. Shut. Up."

"Fire.. huh?"
Kuro thought to himself. Knowing himself has a fire bullet. Well actually, if he ever had the initiative to become more sensible with his imaginations, he could create other bullets without having to do anything. Though he has to have a pretty good memory for it to work. Which he does. Lucky for him anyway.
The fire gave off warmth that made his earlier shivering body warm up, as the goosebumps starts to disappear from the surface of the human body's largest organ: The skin. Even his clothes were drying up too. It was really convenient. For him anyway, not thinking about the currect situation.
His earlier mood had sort of disappeared as he was warmed by the fire. Though his earlier mood could come back anytime. Since he's just like that. It'd be nice if he was, well, nicer. But if you think about it. Someone like him, being all nice to you. You'd be freaked out, or at least have a negative thought about him.
As the boy of around his age tried to grab his collar, just how he had attempted to do it, he stepped back, dodging the guy's threat to grab him. The rain had stopped, and the sun was back out. He let out a hand, feeling the air as there was no more percipitation. He looked at the sky, it was bright, just like normal after shower skies.
His brown hair was still wet though. Small droplets of water ran down from the tip of his hair strands and falls on to his nose, neck, shoulder, so forth. His fringe was already starting to dry, that's a good thing. Though his palms were always warm, his finger tips weren't. And drying off himself would be good, before he catches a cold, that is.
"I'm sorry"
He said in a sly smirk as he switched his attention back to the boy he had earlier gotten quite pissed at. Then again, that was only his ill nature to do so. And if anyone had seen him do that sly smirk, they'd be okay with it, well not for long, bust they're still okay with it. But for someone who had never seen him, they'd get annoyed at one sight. Then again, everyone's diffrent.

~Sorry for the alte reply, wasn't on, obviously.~
He missed the boy's collar, and had quickly retracted his hand, and he let it fall to his side. He took a few steps back, and scoffed. This boy was one he didn't really care for. He reached into his left pocket, taking out a coin, and he flicked it into the air with his thumb. Round and round it began to spin, and the whole time, Felix kept his eyes on it. He wouldn't let it reach his hand, but instead, he'd grab it before it'd hit any other surface, and the copper of the coin brushed against the glove of his vambrace. He let it fall between his index and middle fingers, and looked at it, and then chucked it to his right.
He fully turned, raising his right hand, and putting all of his fingers against his palm, set aside his middle one. If this guy was provoked by it, and attacked, Felix would be prepared. It was part of what he was trying to do, anyway. His blue eyes eyed the concrete surrounding them as the rain began to stop, yet so did his fire. His hair and clothes were still drenched, but he didn't really care about that. He then let both arms fall to his sides, his hands in his pockets.
He walked on top of a pile of some grey stuff, not knowing what it was, but it was rather strong. He then hopped off of it, extending his arms, as they clasped a metal bar, and quickly, he fell to the ground, bringing the bar with him. He shot heat through his gloves, and onto the bar, and it slowly began to glow, as Felix began to play with it, spinning it between his fingers.

Seeing, finally realizing he really had no bussiness there, Kuro walked away, to the place he was headed to. But where the heck was he headed to? He slipped his hands inside his damp jeans, feeling a little cold. It was warm near the fire wall, but it wasn't now. The sun came out again. It was a little warmer than before, but it was still cold enough to send goosebumps down Kuro's legs and arms. His lips turned from purple to quite a blue-ish pink. It always seem to change colors. It didn't really matter though.
He walked, and kept walking until he got to the point where he stopped. And turned around, walking the other way. It was stupid. Yes. Very. Obviously he wasn't thinking. When you're thick headed you never think anyway. It's just this stupid system of the human brain. You just don't think when you're angry. Not that Kuro doesn't think everytime. Yeah, he may get angry everytime. Literally everytime. But that doesn't mean he can't cool off and think.
Why is it that everytime he meets someone, he always ends up having a sort of disagreement and arguement with them? It's just his natural habit, really. No one ever seemed to satisfy him. He walked, back to where he had came from. From the start he had only came here to find shelter. But ended up getting into an arguement with someone new? Wait, he's never seen that guy before. Maybe he is new. He cocked his shoulders in motion of "I don't know, don't care", and kept walking, back to his dorm to take a shower and dry off, heat up near the heater, and perhaps some homework.
