3. QnA
I notice some people have been asking about restrictions and such, so I'm here to clarify. Does it matter how big I'm gonna post? Nah. Depends on how much I want to post. Hehe.
Restrictions for Alices
Now, restrictions are usually put onto those alices that are far too dangerous, Hiei's for example. His alice could easily burn down the elementary building if not for the hordes of teachers and students who would kick his butt. Restrictions are also, supposedly, put onto Alices that are out of control, as in randomly kicking in, with potential for quite a large amount of destruction. Usually, the numbers for Restrictions are 50%, 75% or 100%. The Restrictions are usually put onto things like the touch of death, or Kurogane's type of alice, if the user has no control.
What a restriction does
Technically, restriction comes from the word... restrict. Restrict is to not allow something to happen, or possibly not to allow the full potential to be released. For example, you have the WIND MANIPULATION alice. With your full potential, you can create a twister. With a 50% restriction, you can only do a tornado. And with 25%, you can only make the equivalent missile of a torpedo.
Something like that.
QnA
Q: I duwant my restriction.
A: Annnd, I care, why?
Q: So, if my alice has some instant effect like death, with 50%R, it only hurts the guy?
A: Something of the sort.
Q: Hi!
A: Go away. -_-;
