I think it's about time to hold the student council elections. Before we proceed with just voting and having the persons with the highest number of votes to be in that position, we need to have the nominees first. This is to obtain the majority's vote.
So, for the nominations. Here are the mechanics.

The Roles of the Council
President:
- represents the entire student body
- good at organizing events
- the head of the council
- governs the flow of the council's pursuits
- major decision-maker
Vice President:
- usually the spokesperson of the council
- the president's assistant
- fills up the president's shortcomings
Secretary:
- the "scribe" of the council
- must be updated with the happenings in the school
- receiver of the comments/suggestions/complaints of the student body
Public Relations Officer:
- must be charismatic
- calm, confident and approachable
- good at communications
EDIT: Another things to remember.
1. It is allowed to nominate for your character, provided you must only nominate one of them (in case you have more than one).
2. This is not a POPULARITY contest.
3. Again, it is much recommended that you vote those who are active. We wouldn't want inactive winners, would we? =___=

- Choose your nominees. They must be approved students of Alice academy. Thus, even students, who have staff accounts, may also be voted.
- Through a private message, send your chosen nominees in this format.

[b]PRO:[/b] - Direct them to my inbox (username: john25)
- For this matter, please vote as an Rper, not as a student, just to be fair with everyone.
- The Top 2 nominees for every position shall be the candidates.
- Nomination period will last for 7 days. In my time (GMT +8), it's April 10, 2007. Thus, nominations will end at April 17, 2007 (GMT +8).
