After a long time of being confined, Amano Yui had finally been released from the academy's infirmary. To tell the truth, he still has no idea of why he was there in the first place, and nobody in that place had any idea about it either. Maybe they knew, but it never occurred to him to ask. It was strange. For some reason, he felt different. Aside from the wounds and scratches that were all over his body, he felt as if something wasn't right. It wasn't the place. He knew who he was--Amano Yui, brother to Kodachi Suruga and under the care of Nagano Miyagi. He knew where he was--inside Alice Academy--and why on earth he was there for--just obeying what Miyagi told him. He just couldn't put a finger on what was wrong. The young man was discharged from the infirmary wearing his school uniform. As he walked out of there, he slid his hands inside his pockets, and feels that there was nothing inside them. "Damn," he muttered, throwing a glare towards the building he came out of. "They f**k**g took the dagger and my Python." But there was no way he was going to get those ever again. Guns, daggers, or any weapon for that matter were not allowed inside the academy unless they have something to do with the alice. As far as the academy is concerned, he didn't bring any weapons within the academy. He could only sigh. He just hoped they didn't find his other weapons. Indeed, there was something wrong with him. He would never have been caught like that, even if he's confined in a hospital. Come to think of it, he took a very long time to recover--in one or two days he would've been better but this time, he took almost a month. And he even spent the first half of it sleeping. There was also the fact that he couldn't remember a bit of what happened that day he was hospitalized. And although he couldn't see nor feel it, there was a certain radiance in his eyes. He was confused. And there was only one thing he could do. --- The nightfall has looked the same as all the nightfalls he has seen. So it wasn't his eyes that were playing tricks on him. His eyes were safe. A few more steps, and he arrived at his destination. The Freedom Temple. To the statue of the blessed Virgin Mary, to be exact. And there he kneeled and brought his palms together, his eyelids slowly covering his cerulean eyes. " Salve Regina, Mater misericordiae. Vita, dulcedo, et spes nostra, salve. Ad te clamamus exsules filii Hevae. Ad te Suspiramus, gementes et flentes in hac lacrimarum valle. Eia ergo, Advocata nostra, illos tuos misericordes oculos ad nos converte. Et Iesum, benedictum fructum ventris tui, nobis post hoc exsilium ostende. O clemens, o pia, o dulcis Virgo Maria." And then silence. " Ora pro nobis, Sancta Dei Genitrix." He looked up, and then finished, "U t digni efficiamur promissionibus Christi." There was only silence.

Classes.
Straight after that: Detention.
That is all he's been doing in the academy lately. Classes are a daily basis of a school student, so it wasn't that bad, but detention... There's a funny story to that which made most teachers so angry that they placed all of us in detention with one hundred percent alice restriction in a mini-prison like building where we cannot talk. Two teachers supervising were Iwase Ken-sensei and Arose Yamato-sensei. One's quite nice, but scary, the other one's just plain stupid and immature.
The floors and windows of the detention building are hard and cold. Normally, he wouldn't even think about it, moreover, he wouldn't even care, but in this case, he could say that he doesn't want to be in it ever again. And they dare cut off his music time, afternoon nap under the tree time, study time, lazying around in the bathtub time and them lazy things that people usually do.
A song suddenly got through his head, a nice english song that he's been practicing for quite a while now. Not that the song is hard to sing in the first place, but the pronounciation was hard. It's normal for a Japanese boy to find it hard though.
"Cruising when the sun goes down..."
Walking, yet singing at the same time, heading forward, half-conciously due to him being withdrawn from reality, and into music.
"Take me to your place, where our hearts belong together. I will follow you, 'cause you're the reason that I beathe. I'll come running to you, fill me with your love forever. Promise you one thing, that I'll never let you go, 'cause you are my everything."
The love song was interrupted by a different language's prayer. Looking ahead of him, only to find a praying Santa-Maria statue, she looks pretty in every picture and statues he's ever found. Not only that, but his been-gone-for-quite-a-while room mate was there, praying to her too.
"Aikawarazu.." He started, walking towards the same-aged boy. "Aikawarazu, you never stop praying.."
Even though he said that, somewhere inside he knew that the boy wouldn't even know who he was. He did change, a lot.

There was another presence within the area. Perhaps it was another person. In response, Yui quickly looked towards where he sensed the presence from.
Another boy.
"Aikawarazu, you never stop praying," he said, walking towards Yui.
Aikawarazu? Why would this guy say that, and in a tone that as if he knew who Yui was, too? Strangely enough, why does he look awfully familiar? And why is it that Yui felt awfully comfortable with him?
"Only She has the answers," he said in his usually low voice, shooting a glance towards the female marble statue. "And who might you be?"
Strangely enough, Yui couldn't recognize that the boy in front of him is his ever elusive roommate. What's even strange is that he talked to somebody he can't even recognize. There was something seriously wrong in this picture.

"And who might you be?"
Just as he thought. The room mate of his doesn't know that he's still alive. Well, anyone who haven't seen him for a while would also think he's been swallowed by the world. But those who know him well enough would know that the Kurosagi Tatsuya who goes to Alice Academy to study is too conceited to die.
And it just runs in his genes. Everyone else was as narcissist as him. Some brag about their appearance, some brag about their abilities. The Tatsuyas are, a narcissist family. And they're all pretty good at lying too.
"Just another new guy.."
The gray-haired lied to his room mate.
"She indeed know everything.."
He bowed as he looked at the Santa-Maria statue. It was a common thing to do, bowing. Not only in Japan, but also in the catholic religion.
"The mother of our Jesus Christ, also, our mother, Virgin Mary."
Then manouvering to face his room mate, once again.
"So, where have you been all these times?"

Yeah right. Just another new guy. True, Yui doesn't remember running into him, but he does know that this one isn't just a new guy. A new guy wouldn't ask him 'where he has been all these times.' Even though he feels at ease talking to him, there's a tone in this light haired guy that just tells Yui that's he's not to be trusted, to say the least.
"Another new guy," Yui smirked (He smirked? That's a first.), shifting his eyes towards the 'new guy.' And then the sarcastic smirk turned into a small laugh; his cerulean eyes gleaming in distrust. "You've got to be kidding me."
The Yui from before wouldn't be sarcastic; he'd simply let things go and mind his own business. If this fellow says he's new, then he's new. Delving into his business would simply waste Yui's time.
But then again, he's not the Yui from before anymore.

Sitting cross legged in front of the statue, he placed folded his arms and looked at his room mate. He's scarred, and scratched, and whatever you want to call it. But he wasn't the smooth-skin-looking guy he used to be seing when he was a different Kurosagi.
"You're right! I am kidding!"
Straight forwardly said. He is, and it wasn't a lie too. He wasn't just some new guy. In fact, he's not even new at all, he's just.. new looking after some drastic changes. Being killed in the north woods, then waking up in the same place he had died in. Placing his earlier folded arms down. He started to play around with the grass beneath him.
"Would you believe me if I said I was your room mate?" The thirteen year old asked. "You've got a nice grin forming on your face too."

[OOC: xDD Yui forgot to stand]
Yui turned towards the other young man, sitting in the same manner as him. Oh, what a sight--Yui and his roommate, bonding.
"So had been my roommate, is that so?" he repeated, with a hint of bitterness in his tone. If there was something he forgot, it's okay. Forgetting what happened in the past is a part of his life. Yes, these things have happened to him before. "I wouldn't be surprised. Stranger things have happened."

"So had been my roommate, is that so?"
"Yeah, I thought you wouldn't be--"
"I wouldn't be surprised. Stranger things have happened."
"--Eh?!"
Surprised that the room mate of his wouldn't be surprised that he is the room mate who used to have bleached-blonde hair, then dyed it to brown, then now.. naturally gray? Some drastic changes there. Even the face is now different, yet he still believes?
"Maji de?"
He said, cocking his head to the side, eyes widely opened, but covered by a light tinted orange frame-less sunglasses. His eyebrows rose, and his mouth almost dropped. It used to take a long time to convince someone that he is the Kurosagi Tatsuya.

The truth is, Yui really doesn't remember ever having a roommate. As far as he's concerned, he's only attended some classes, went to the forest-like place somewhere in the academy, and that's it. Nothing really significant is retained in his memory. No names, no faces, nothing. Ever since he got confined at the infirmary, it feels as he had another clean slate. It's kind of like reformatting a computer, except that it's actually a person being reformatted. And this always happens every time something big happens to him.
Kodachi would always keep her mouth shut and Miyagi... well, he doesn't say much.
This is the reason why he isn't surprised if this light haired person claims to be his roommate, or former roommate, for that matter. It was strange though, this guy seems to be more surprised than Yui who forgot everything.
"Yeah. I'm not surprised. Why should I be?" he answered; a mischievous grin was on his face. Yes, why should he be surprised anyway? Yui is in an academy where really strange things happen.

"Eh?"
The thirteen year old scratched the side of his cheek, trying to find out why the boy should be surprised. True that he sees him almost nowhere other than room 108, which is where they both live in.
"Well.. Sou ne. Sou. You shouldn't be.."
Turning his head to another direction, now seeing the path which he had come from. Finding it hard to believe anyone would believe him in one go. It took the first person who found him half an hour to figure out the earlier brunnet-dyed hair pissy boy, and the new him, the same person.

[OOC: Yui forgot to stand up. xDD]
Yui straightened up and sat on the ground like what the other boy did. Looking behind him to see as the sun disappear into the darkened skies, he sighed. It's been so long since he's seen the sun set like that, and she was thankful for the Virgin Mary for letting him see such vista.
Another smirk was made on Yui's lips, although this time, it's a less sarcastic. "You might think I'm really stupid don't you? Believing in someone whom I barely recognize... But you see, I have this gut feeling that I do know you. And my gut never lies," he said, turning that smirk into somewhat of a bittersweet laugh.
The cerulean haired boy turned back to his companion then rested his palms to the dusty ground. "I'm supposing you know me already, but I never did catch your name."

A magnificent sight to see before, as the sun sets, the night falls. It's the wonders of life, ain't it? It's amazing too. Weird thing is that Kuro doesn't like Social Studies. Claimed to be boring by others too. The ground which was once heated by the warm heat given off by the sun was turning cold, but it didn't mind Kuro.
"Well, if I'm not mistaken, you were the first one to find out who my name was.."
Stated the boy, as he kept looking out the distance, looking at the last peak of orange tint on the sky, before it completely turns dark. After that was over, he reverted his attention back to his room mate and shrugged.
"But since it's been a long time since we've met, I might as well say it out again. I'm Kurosagi Tatsuya. Nice to meet you? Amano, Yui."
Having a sly smile on his face, making his eyes so squinty that it's hard to see. It was amusing to see the new faces of someone you've met before. Heck, he was one of them too. Someone who woke up having a new shell.

"Kurosagi," he repeated. Lowering his head and then closing his eyes, Yui let out a small sigh. He was about to shake his head, but then suddenly, visions flashed before his now expressive eyes.
A dark room. A slightly opened door. Something written on the wall. For some reason, images of those things came rushing to the cerulean haired lad. Small beads of sweat started to form on the boy's forehead, and then he looked up, suddenly opening his eyes. From the looks of things, he just experienced something quite unusual.
But then again, the definition of his young life is unusual. Somehow it felt like jamais vu (the opposite of déjà vu). He was never familiar with what he saw in the vision, but he was sure that it had happened. That kind of experience could really creep a person out--it really was creepy--but Yui is used to it. He should be used to it by now.
Yui shook it out of his system by shifting his attention to the boy who claims to be Kurosagi. As he was about to open his mouth, a strong wind blew, which propelled the young man's long braids towards its direction. Could it be a sign that he shouldn't just let things pass like this?
The wind calmed down, and the boy rested his cerulean braids to his broad shoulders. Well, it doesn't matter if he remembers anything or nor, it wouldn't matter in the future anyway. What's happened can't be changed anyway. At least that's what he thinks. After all, thinking about things too much would just waste his time.
Another smile formed onto his pale lips; he still thinks like before.
"Call me Amano," he replied, "It's nice to meet you too, I guess."

From smirks to smiles. Lovely. Kind of anyway. And once one thing changes, everything changes along with it, don't they? Like himself for an example. Normal people takes quite a fair bit of time to know he was the him before. One occassion that it was the opposite thing was the meeting with his so called 'best friend' in the academy: Shugo Yuy. It was the exact opposite, since he had to die at around the same time as the gray-haired did. Only difference was that he kept that same face, with the same hair and same atitude. Which was pretty funny at first. Then again, it just shows that the Kuro can actually socialize with the others. Even though it may take a while.
"Call me Amano"
Amano? Why so formal? They did share the same room, didn't they? Sure they may not be so close, and they haven't really called each other by names. It's always "You" or "Hey". Just reminiscing about the past makes him want to burst into laughter. How odd people were in the past. And before you know it, they've changed.
"Amano?" He started. "But I want to call you by your first name, li--"
"Like what we did in the past" was the continuation to that sentence. Funny that is, he had just been thinking about the past, how he's been calling his former room mate "Hey" or "You". The boy gulped, looking at another direction as he was about to let out a stupid sentence that was completely false. They do say "think about what you're going to say" after all.

[Sorry; thish ish crap ]At that, Yui had to smile. "Like what?" he attempted to finish Kurosagi's sentence. The smile then turned into a somewhat malicious smirk. "Do whatever you wish. I'll still call you Tatsuya even if you insist in calling me by my first name." He had absolutely no idea that he never let himself be called by his first name, especially when he arrived to the academy. Whether this matter has a good or bad effect on him, nobody would know.

Incredible prediction that the word "Like" was about to be used. Glaring at no one but the surroundings, trying to make up some lame excuse so that he wouldn't have to say the rest of the sentence.
"Be-- Betsuni! It doesn't even matter anyway"
Also, someone calling him "Tatsuya" was indeed a first in the academy. They always go for his first name, or nickname. Either way, it was never his family name.
"And Yui, if you keep that smile on for 5 minuets, it'll never wear off." He started, once again. "Also, feel free to call me by my last name."

[WTF? I always thought Kurosagi's last name was Kurosagi!]
"Okay, whatever," he said, in response to the other boy when he said it was nothing. Well, this is a sign of Yui's passiveness; he wouldn't want and care to really delve into things others prefer not to say. Besides, what good would it bring him anyway? It'll just, as he always thought of things, would waste his time.
But this conversation one of those things that waste his time, isn't it? It doesn't seem to bother him at all, though. He slightly shook his head to clear his head off a bit, his long cerulean braids then falling to his chest.
"And Yui, if you keep that smile on for 5 minuets, it'll never wear off," Tatsuya muttered. Well, what about his smile? It wasn't such an unusual thing, isn't it? Yui then started to kid (which, once again, is a first).
"Smiling makes people look good," he said, looking at his somewhat distressed roommate, "At this rate, I'll already be able to look as beautiful as a girl."
Yui then let out a hearty laugh. Even though he isn't aware of it, he does look like a girl when he smiles. His face is rather feminine to begin with.

The boy's body started to shake uncontrollably due to laughter. The cerulean-haired was indeed correct about him ready, being a beautiful girl. Maybe not the beautiful part, but indeed the girl. Wiping off that laughing face across his face, replacing it with a mischevious smile instead.
"Yet another bishonen in the academy, huh?"
He started.
"Then again, if I wanted to be honest, then I am one too."
True, no? For some guy to have such curves like a girl and quite a long hair, enough to be mistaken as a girl, then he is a 'pretty boy'. After all, how many times have people mistaken him as a girl from the back, despite the way he dresses.
"And by 'your smile', I meant your smirk."

"Bishonen?" he repeated, raising a brow at that. Yui had absolutely no idea about what that word means despite being Japanese. Besides, is that even a word? He decided not to ask what it meant, and just go on with the conversation. Well, he at least had an idea of what it meant.
"Then again, if I wanted to be honest, then I am one too," his companion mentioned. The cerulean haired boy could only smirk at that remark.
"Aren't you a vain little boy, Tatsuya," the boy quickly replied, shifting to a more comfortable sitting position; he stretched his right leg and then folded the other as his left arm rested there. For him, that sounded like a rather normal reply, but the Yui from before would never have uttered such things. Not only was that slightly rude, it also hinted closeness. One wouldn't talk like that if the one he's talking to is close to him, isn't that right?
"Smirk, smile, they're all the same," he said, propping his chin on his left knee.

"I guess you can say I am"
Kuro said, having his head down, looking straight at the grass beneath where he's sitting. Starting to twist one of the blades so that the grass curls. It was something he must do when he's sitting on the grass.
"In the Tatsuya family, there's no one not narcissist." He said. "It just runs in the family."
